1. A student deemed eligible by the authority will be admitted to the hostel.
2. Hostel admission will be completed at the beginning of a session. The academic session will cover the period from 1st April to 31st March.

6. Boarders will not be allowed to come out of the campus before 8 a.m. and after 6.30 p.m.
7. Smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages in the hostel is strictly prohibited.
8. Boarders will be provided with one bed, one table, and one chair each. Other items including bed sheets, pillows, etc. will have to be procured by the boarders themselves. They will be provided with a tube light/CFL each. They will have to repair/replace tube light/CFL and choke whenever necessary.
9. Boarders are allowed to use light and fans. They cannot use an electric heater, iron, mobile phone, radio, tape recorder, etc.
10. Boarders will be supplied with three meals a day in the morning, noon, and night. Red tea will be supplied in the morning and evening. They will be supplied meat at dinner on Monday and Friday, eggs on Wednesday and Sunday, and fish on Tuesday and Saturday.
11. Entrance of females to the Boys' Hostel and males to the Girls' hostel is strictly prohibited.
12. Hostel Fees will have to be paid in full for all days. There will be no concession in hostel fees and mess dues for the absence of border at the hostel.
13. No petition for refund of money will be entertained in case of a border leaving or being ordered to leave the hostel before the end of the Matriculation Examination, Two Year HS course, Three Year Degree Course, Two Year PG Course.
14. Hostel leaving cards will be provided for the boarders. The boarders have to deposit their cards to the hostel warden when they temporarily leave the hostel, No boarder will be allowed to leave the hostel unless he/she deposits this card to the warden
15. Hostel visiting cards will be provided for the visitors of the boarders. No visitor will be allowed to visit the borders without visiting cards. The hostel warden will examine the card prior to giving permission to visit the border.
16. Decision of the authority of the Academy will be final and binding in all matters.
